1. Account & Student Identity

Student accounts on Khelbook Qaptix are linked directly to your unique Roll Number. An email address in the format of [RollNumber]@khelbook.ai will be generated to serve as your login identifier. You are responsible for ensuring that the Roll Number entered matches your official institution records.

2. Security & Credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Assessment & Academic Integrity

This platform is designed for training, testing, and placement preparation. By registering, you agree to complete all learning modules, tests, and assessments with complete integrity. Any attempt to bypass platform guards (such as multi-device logins or test bypasses) may be reported to your educational institution.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect user profile data (Name, Roll Number, Password, and Mobile) to manage credentials, calculate assessment scores, and track placement readiness metrics. All data is handled securely and in accordance with institutional sharing configurations.
